Meet the Team
Anna Fitzgerald
Operator, Advisor and Startup Mentor
Anna is an ex-founder and was an early employee at Prospa, where she helped grow the business from scrappy startup to ASX-listed company - running the IPO process not once, but twice. She’s now co-head of the Genesis Accelerator at the University of Sydney and an active startup advisor across Australia and New Zealand. She has mentored founders through Startupbootcamp’s global fintech program, New Zealand’s Ministry of Awesome and Genesis, and is part of the AirTree Explorer program supporting early-stage investment.
At Wonderfull, Anna brings her experience as a founder and operator and her expertise across startup growth, fundraising and mentoring to help founders, researchers and students take ideas from first steps to global scale.
Kai Man Yuen
Ecosystem Builder and Program Leader
Kai Man has worked across Australia and New Zealand helping researchers, students, and founders turn ideas into ventures. At the University of Sydney, he runs INCUBATE, the program funding and supporting students, alumni and researcher-led startups.
He also serves on the Momentum Investment Committee in New Zealand, supporting student-led ventures, co-founded Science Grad NZ, and advised founders through Soda Inc. These roles have given him perspective across research, industry and entrepreneurship.
At Wonderfull, Kai Man draws on his experience as a program lead, advisor and founder to help make the startup ecosystem easier for founders to navigate.
